For our Pinnacle Tier members, we take the lead in ordering, scheduling, and managing these labs so you can focus on implementation, not logistics.
We’ve designed our process to be stepwise and manageable—so you never feel buried under information or overwhelmed with changes.
At your initial consult, we identify the most important labs to start with based on your health history, goals, and current plan.
We place the lab orders directly through Quest Diagnostics, eliminating the need for you to coordinate with another provider. You’ll simply choose the location and time that’s most convenient for you.
Once results are in, we review them with you in the context of your goals—explaining what’s relevant, what’s optimal, and where we can make measurable improvements.
Over time, we repeat labs at intervals appropriate for your situation, adjusting your medical, nutrition, and exercise plan based on objective changes.
In the Performance Tier, lab orders are arranged through your primary care provider or by you directly. We are still happy—and highly skilled—at reviewing outside lab results. This ensures you still benefit from physician-level interpretation, even if the ordering process is handled elsewhere.
